Enrique Sánchez
Operations Director
Born in Santa Ana, San José, Costa Rica, I am a father of two children and a devoted husband, in addition to being a caring brother and son.
My passion for connecting with people is reflected in my love for music, which I consider my primary instrument to achieve that goal.
My approach goes beyond the conventional, as I seek not only to offer a sustainable product, but also a comprehensive proposal that promotes a lifestyle in harmony with the physical and human environment.
Harmony, my current project, aims not only to build structures, but to restore a sense of connection lost in the modern world.
Through my various roles I aspire to sow a positive impact on those around me, contributing to the creation of a more sustainable, harmonious, and connected world.
Marijose Sánchez
Communications and Public Relations Director
Born and raised in Costa Rica, Marijose is also a flamenco dancer with a passion for art, music and books.
In her spare time you can definitely find her either on the dance studio, or spending time with her family, scuba diving or enjoying the beach.
Her degree in Psychology, and her background in nonprofit organizations, has allowed Marijose to build a career around development and sustainability projects.
Her goal is to guarantee that every choice, every detail and every solution seek to have a positive impact in environment, and community.
Marijose is deeply in love with her country and its people; in (Alma/Harmony), she hopes to generate experiences that will make you fall in love with it, too.

Commercial Director
With over 12 years in Real Estate market and a strong line of work with international and national buyers, Maria José is a nature lover, trail runner and sports passionate, who embraces everything that Harmony means with a grateful heart full of excitement.
Focusing on each sale as individual and specific, her main goal is to provide comprehensive, end to end solutions that simplify the incredible opportunity of property ownership, particularly for clients looking to invest abroad.
Consistently on the line for them in the big and the small parts of the process, she will make sure that your experience is safe and well carried out for the peace and enjoyment of this amazing adventure.
